Meheba Scholarship Fund Project Coordinator Blog May 2009 (Note - This blog was written by the refugee Project Coordinator for this project. As English is not his first language, there may be some minor grammatical errors in his writing. Care was taken to clarify any passages that were confusing, while leaving most of the blog untouched in order to preserve his original tone.)

I am Bartholomew Masuwa, the Settlement Coordinator for FEF (FORGE Education Fund). The project is really doing fine in the camp as it is helping the vulnerable persons. And the students that we sponsor are doing fine academically. We sponsor only 9 (nine) pupils and the community is appealing to the organization if they can increase the number because there is still a good number of the parents who can’t take their children to school due to poverty in the camp. And the students just came back from their break and they are all in schools. We received their school reports and they have generally done well in their end of term exams. This is all about the project.

Thank you.
