i - SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
My August has been going through different processes which I want to put across. Going to all modules I will be going through this semester are:
Business administration
It is composed by two categories: micro environment and macro environment. Micro: this one plays with: customers, suppliers, financial institute, employees, shareholders, publics, and government. Macro: we can also call it PESTEL means political, economics, ecology and legal environment. We also learn about the organization’s functions which include: Finance, marketing, human resource, production, purchasing, and supplies. We lent also about the importance of organization structure how is it composed, and examples of poor organization structure. An organization structure simply means the distribution of tasks, authority, responsible and relationship between members of the organization and for the company to keep in growing and developing, increasing size of people and to have a continual review of structure to ensure that it is the most appropriate form for the particular organization it’s really needs the organization structure. When a manager knows how to work with these for sure the organization will have more success; I had a good lesson from this.
Micro Economics
What we have covered so far are;
I like the module hope to learn more in month coming from the lecture and from my own research
Development and Communication skills
In this module I have a female lecture and good of experience in it. What we have covered so far with her are the following:
Introduction, main body, and conclusion. I like the course as well especially the way she is giving his course. It is helpful.
Financial accounting
What is financial and accounting; the purpose of accounting, and statement. It is a good module to learn more because in the future as a manger I will real need it for good decision makers and how to achieve personal and economic goals of the company.
Information technology
So far we had covered some of the information required to manager which is planning, operating, controlling, and decision making. Which I have found very important in real life as a future manager.
ii - PERSONAL ACTIVITY
Going to the library researching on assignment given in business administration and communication. I attend my personal class with Audrey, and I am preparing for my practice interview that I will be doing during the week.
iii - MISCELLANEOUS
Chatting with friends, attending church meeting, and I was been talking with my family and happy to hear that they are all doing fine. My aunt’s family was also repatriated to Lubumbashi as well so I too happy because going back on that time I will meet every one there.
