My greetings to you sir,
I am Justin a newly employee of FORGE under the project of FMI which is FORGE Micro Finance Institute. In the period of last month, immediately I got employed and under talking or going trainings under the supervision of Joseph, the outgoing former coordinator of Agro-Loan.
The trainings taken were based on the following topics like planning, business management way of offering workshops, agriculture management which includes farming, types of fertilizer seed selection and how to select new farmers, especially in maize production. Of all the topics, I did write the seasonal action plan for 2009-2010 of which I presented to the project manager Mr. Jeremy. According to his observation he was very happy of it and did appreciate for the work done.
Since last month August up today the second September I have not experienced any challenge, only progress because, we have already initiated the number of farmers we are to have in the plan of 2009 to 2010.
Lastly, all what I have done will enable me to manage FMI as a co-coordinator or an agro loan officer.
